Are there contracts or early termination fees?
No. Every residential and mobile plan is month-to-month. Business plans have optional term agreements with SLA credits.
What equipment do I need?
Fiber and fixed wireless include an ONT or outdoor radio. Our Wi-Fi 6E mesh router is included with every plan, or bring your own — we don’t charge rental either way.
Is installation really free?
Self-install kits ship free for fiber and mobile. Professional installation is $0 on the Stream plan and up, and $79 on Essentials.
How is fixed wireless different from satellite?
Fixed wireless uses a line-of-sight link to a nearby tower — typically 2–10 ms latency, versus 40+ ms for geostationary satellite. No ice buildup on a dish either.
Do you throttle during peak hours?
Never. We provision with peak capacity in mind. The only shaping on the network is DDoS protection at the edge.
